Product Overview
MereViewer Control is a 3D stereo visualization ActiveX control. It is a powerful
control for real-time viewing and manipulating static or dynamic polygonal
3D scenes through different types of stereo glasses (anaglyph, 3D Max (Kasan
Ltd.), 3DTV, 3DBIS, SimulEyes, CyberBoy, 3D Spex, i-Glasses, CyberShades,
3D Spex and more).
The control reads geometric Microsoft DirectX file format (.x files) or 3D Studio (.3ds) data files. It provides copying the current 3D scene stereo image into a clipboard.

1. Upgrades
Users who purchased MereViewer Control or found severe bugs in it are eligible for a free upgrade for all future 2.x versions. All users can evaluate MereViewer Control 2.0 for 30 days free of charge.
2. Features of MereViewer Control
Installs as an ActiveX control and can be embedded into any Windows application in Windows 9x, Windows NT/2000, and Windows XP;
Uses Microsoft DirectX 6.0 or higher;
Supports multiple types of 3D stereo glasses;
Provides manipulation of static or dynamic 3D geometries through Graphical User Interface and using ActiveX's methods and properties;
Can be embedded into HTML pages and manipulated by any scripting language available (e.g. JScript, VBScript);
Includes keyboard and mouse support;
Allows switching to "Full screen" mode;
Provides copying the current 3D scene stereo image into a clipboard;
Supports plain window and frame window modes;
Frame window is resizable and contains a toolbar and a user-defined caption;
Provides tools for adjusting colors.

4. Known Problems/Limitations
Only Microsoft DirectX (.x) and 3D Studio (.3ds) file formats are currently supported.
5. Reporting Bugs
If you experience an uncaught exception, General Protection Fault
(GPF), or something you believe is a bug, please send e-mail to

Please do not assume someone else will report it. We will try to
resolve reported bugs as quickly as possible. However, we can't
resolve bugs that are not reported.
Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. In your
e-mail message, please include the following information:
In your email please be sure to include an exact description of your
problem with as much of the following information as possible:
- What version of Windows are you using?
- What video card do you have?
- How much memory is on your system?
- How many processors do you have?
- Is the problem repeatable?
- Does it occur only with a specific data file?
